4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking number is located next to the products in the order details. You can also follow the progress of your order and access your tracking link from your Myko account here
5. We have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver a Product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather or transport problems.
- We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your purchase for any unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached.
- Should you wish to return a Product or require assistance with your return, our dedicated customer care team is here for you. Keep in mind that, with the exception of returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items, you are responsible for paying return shipping fees.

- Upon receipt of the returned products and verification by our customer care team, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. However, the actual arrival of funds in your account may vary depending on the processing time of the issuing bank.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds for items purchased using gift card, COD or items on sales or promotions will be by way of store credit to your account with Myko Kids.

- Hang your surfsuit up to dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or fabric softeners on your surfsuit
- When storing your surfsuit, make sure it is completely dry and stored in a cool, dry place
