Delivery Policy:
1. Orders are typically processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. 2. Delivery Options, Estimated timings and Current Fees:
a. UAE ( Same Day Delivery)(Available for Dubai Only) : For orders placed before 12.00 pm, Fee : AED 35.00
b. UAE (Next Day Delivery)(Rest of the UAE)Fee : AED 25.00.
c. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait,Bahrain, Oman, Qatar : Subject to customs clearance, 3-5 business days after dispatch from UAE. The charges vary based on the destination and an estimate
is provided to you at the time of checkout. Before placing an order we advise that you check with the receiving countryβs import levies.
3. We currently ship to GCC countries only. Should you wish to place an order from outside of the GCC jurisdiction, please get in touch with our dedicated customer care team on info@mykokids.com or on WhatsApp on +971522050867 and they will be happy to assist you.
4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking number is located next to the products in the order details. You can also follow the progress of your order and access your tracking link from your Myko account here .
5. We have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver a Product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather or transport problems.
Return Policy:
1. We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your purchase for any unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached.
Should you wish to return a Product or require assistance with your return, our dedicated customer care team is here for you. Simply send us an e-mail at info@mykokids.com or WhatsApp on +971522050867 and the team will be happy to assist with making the return process as seamless as possible. Keep in mind that, with the exception of returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items, you are responsible for paying return shipping fees.
2. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us promptly by emailing our dedicated customer care team at info@mykokids.com or sending a WhatsApp on +971522050867. Our team will be happy to assist you with the return process and arrange for shipping of a replacement item.
3. Upon receipt of the returned products and verification by our customer care team, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. However, the actual arrival of funds in your account may vary depending on the processing time of the issuing bank.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds for items purchased using gift card, COD or items on sales or promotions will be by way of store credit to your account with Myko Kids.
